When you have been shit and eaten something bad you can jot down how you felt in ‘thoughts’, hopefully seeing that you felt terrible afterwards will motivate me not to do it again. And equally seeing when you did well and that you felt good afterwards will motivate :) ENJOY!

Would really like to see what this is all about.
I know the first few weeks are the hardest but the more I think about what I shouldn’t be eating, the more I crave it. I used to be able to eat very little easily but now I can’t really do this on my own :( How do you guys stay motivated?
